We ship all orders via Shiprocket with secure, unbranded packaging.
Rush Delivery: Need it ASAP? Choose Rush Delivery at checkout for arrival in less than 2 days (for eligible locations).
Standard delivery times vary by location and other external factors (we promise we won’t keep you waiting longer than necessary!).
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details—because anticipation is half the fun!
Returns Policy
We know you’ll love your ATOG goodies, but just in case something’s off, we’ve got your back!
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or part-consumed items—no take-backsies on joy!
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll fix it faster than you can say “oops.”
Simply email us at support_atog@atog.in with your Order ID and attach photos or a video showing the issue.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process like your personal pleasure concierge.
Customers cover return shipping unless we made an oopsie (damaged or incorrect products).
Exchange Policy
Got a change of heart? If your product is unopened and unused, you can exchange it within 48 hours of receiving it.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability—so act fast!
If approved, you’ll need to cover the return and re-shipping fees (unless we messed up, in which case, we got you!).
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed for approved returns due to defects, damage, or wrong items received.
Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund within 15 business days (we pinky promise!).
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
If we can’t refund to your original method, we’ll hook you up with store credit—you know you’ll want to shop again!
Cancellation Policy
Change your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
If it’s already on its way, we can’t pull it back, but you can follow our return process if needed.
